The production process of rubber product/parts includes: raw material preparation - rubber mixing - rubber preforming - vulcanization rubber molding - Flash trimming treatment - rubber part inspection - packaging and shipping

1. Raw material preparation
According to the application requirements of rubber products, rubber raw materials are selected. In order to better improve the performance of rubber products, auxiliary materials such as vulcanizing agents, fillers, reinforcing agents, etc. are added. 2. Rubber raw materials and auxiliary materials mixing
Raw rubber is elastic, but lacks plasticity, which is not conducive to actual processing. In order to improve the plasticity and obtain different properties at the same time, it is necessary to add the auxiliary material and uniformly disperse in the raw rubber. The mixing of rubber is to blend the raw rubber and various additives in a rubber mixer. At a low temperature, it is completely uniformly mixed by mechanical extrusion and friction of the rubber mixer. The blending compound is called a rubber compound, which is a semi-finished material for manufacturing various rubber products. The rubber compound has different properties and the properties denify the properties of the custom rubber parts.

3, rubber preforming
According to the production process of rubber products and the shape characteristics of the rubber parts, the pre-formed rubber is made into various shapes and sizes, which is called rubber preforming.
It can greatly improve the processing efficiency of the product and the quality of the product.

4. Rubber products vulcanization molding
The preformed rubber compound is placed in a mold of a vulcanizer and heated at a predetermined temperature, and the rubber compound becomes a rubber product having high elasticity under the action of a vulcanizing agent.
With the continuous improvement of the processing technology of rubber products, the types of vulcanizing agents are also increasing, from traditional sulfur, to peroxide vulcanization, metal vulcanization and so on.
